Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Our products are shipped UPS ground delivery. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order being received. Each order is packed very carefully in bubble wrap to protect the product. Some cookies may break during shipping which is unavoidable and are nonrefundable. Gift baskets are shipped insured and any damage needs to be reported to us within 3 business days of product receipt. We will need a description of the damage in order to file a report with UPS. Refunds may take several months.

Yogurt dipped products cannot be shipped in the warm weather due to melting.
